Another Day

Thursday, February 10th, 2005 The first vestiges of caffiene are finding their way through my veins right this minute. My head slowly becomes less fuzzy with every sip. You'll have to pardon me for a moment; I'm not quite "there" yet, wherever there is. Oh, what to do today; there's a lot to get accomplished today.
  1. Process my eBay sales from yesterday.
  2. Finish the Dell quote and make it ready for presentation to Baldwin & Associates.
  3. Meet with Dan & Tim around 1:30 and go make a presentation to Ihop.
  4. Let Megan's Dogs out around lunch time, since April's going to be at work.
  5. Begin the in stallation of the wireless COR antenna at Dr. Klein's office.
  6. Figure out what to do with my spare time since April's going to be working for 15 hours or so today.
  7. Make sure Tim and Dan are on-site for the beginning of the hospital job tonight at 5:00.
Hmmm... unless my delirium is playing tricks on me, I've got quite the day ahead. And the sad thing about it all? THIS is the first thing I thought about this morning when I woke up. I wanted to come in here, sit down at my dining room table on the laptop, and see if anyone had posted anything. Well, welcome all to my new morning "break room" session. Maybe we'll start to congregate here in the mornings. And you're right Bannag, this got more traffic REAL fast, compared to the forums, but that's ok. Just don't forget our traditions in the forums, ok? And don't worry... you've always been 42 in my book! LMAO April's getting on me now... .guess I'd better find something more fastidious to do with my time before she cracks the whip again. The old scars from last time are just beginning to heal as it is.

  1. Yeah, I'd say that's a busy day...I'm glad I'm not you. Don't worry, I haven’t abandoned the traditions...Lallybroch beckons me still. I haven't seen you around there much lately though.

Well I’m glad the site I sent was useful to you…don’t waste too much of your time in the posts though. I know how you get when you have a new toy. Have fun!

  2. Why does everyone seem to think I obsess over new toys? Do I really do that?

  3. Umm...yes, I'd have to say you do.

  4. Ok, for the record; when it comes to Tommy-Bashing, you of all people are supposed to be on MY side... understand?

*Picking you up and placing you on My side of the line*

Now look down at your feet... you see that thick white line between you and everything else? Good... that's MY side you're on now. Quit playing for the other team. (lmao)

  5. That wasn't a bash, it was the truth...it's like saying I (Bannag) live in a state of constant denial, or that I obsess over small details, or I worry incessantly, or that I’m chronically late…wait a minute, where was I going with this? Oh yeah, it’s not bad thing it’s part of who you are…and those of us that love you most (and I’m sure April and the “Scoobs” will back me up on this) simply recognize it, chuckle to ourselves and move on.

If you didn’t obsess over your toys how would the rest of us find out about all the cool “techie” gadgets? You are our prince of “Geekdom” and we love you for it. There now, the necessary ego stroking is complete…shut up and talk about something else! LOL

  7. She hit the nail on the head! :) We all know you too well not to think that! I just love you enough to say it! :)
