If you blow this one up and look real close, you'll see how they make their bread. That spatula he's using lays the dough right on top of the stone beside the fire.. ashes and all. There is a huge pile of wood in there burning and they use the floor as the oven deck. It's amaxing food though.. so so so good.

    Ohh , ist sorta like making Naan. Well not really... Does the bread taste like pizza or is it unleavened?

    I'm not sure what Naan is, so I can't answer that one. But yeah, it's unleavened. It's realy good though. it comes out like a flat soft pita kinda and they have this tuna sauce that's amazing.
