Just dropping a line out there...I know it has been a long while since I have been around and even called, but I have been extremley busy over here trying to get caught on some stuff. I hope that all of ya are doing good and had a good thanksgiving. Tommy glad to see that you have returned again..

Also Nicole's birthday is around the corner and I know it has been a while since we all hung out or did anything together....so I am trying to put something togehter for her...her b-day is the 21st of december and we are probably going to just go out to eat somewhere.

To Whomever Keeps Searching This Site For Ras Lanuf Content

 

I can see from the access logs that someone (most likely one of the offended parties) was searching Google for the posts I removed from the site considering certain unmentionables in Ras Lanuf.

 

Thanks to your search efforts, I was able to locate a cached version of the page in google's cache engine. You'll be glad to know that I've already submitted to google for them to remove the cached copy, which should take effect semi-immediately.

 

If you find any more of the inappropriate photos, comments, etc that were the cause of the trouble before, please let me know via email at tjordan@carolinaregion.com so I can remove any and all traces of them from the web.

 

Those who were potentially harmed by this material should know that I would never have intentionally harmed people I had come to call friends and who showed me the kindnesses you all did. I've done my best to remove all traces of the material from the web, but I can see that one of you (and I think I know who) keeps searching for the posts. I know the searches are coming from Malta, so that kind of narrows the list down. If you find any more cached copies of the material... let me know about it asap and I'll clear it out. I didn't even know that cached copy existed until you searched it out.

Beach Weekend Confirmed: Friday Nov 30 - Sunday Dec 2

Ok. It's confirmed. George and Judy were nice enough to rent us the house for $200.00 for the weekend. We're going to go down to the beach on Friday November 30th, and stay until sometime Sunday morning or afternoon and come back.

Planned Events:

NONE... that's the point. This is a no-stress weekend at the beach in a cool house. We have plenty of bedrooms for more to join, but let me know so I can make sure we don't over book. We'd love to have two or three more people though!

 

At this point we are planning only a few things:

• Bonfire in the backyard, IF they lift the burn ban that's currently in effect.
• Hamburgers/Steaks/Chicken.. whatever.. Grill food. Basically only stuff you can cook with FIRE!
• There is a possibility for some hang-gliding time if the wind cooperates and if Ray has the time to teach a few of you how to do it.

Nothing else major is planned. If you want to hit the local scene to do some christmas shopping, feel free. If you want to hang out on the dock and enjoy the water and nature, that's ok too. That's about what I'll be doing. Basically I just want a chance to "spend time" with my friends one more time this year before the year is over.  This was my mother's idea... she loved having everyone down so much that she asked me to put this together. So you KNOW you're all invited!

Scooby get-together

I'd like to try to get a head count for a little something Tommy and his mom have kinda put together, and see who might be interested in going... Ms. Brenda has expressed an interest in getting the gang together again down at the beach, only this time using the house next to hers instead of hotel rooms. I think it will be a pretty low key weekend, but a chance for everyone to hang out somewhere other than Greenville and have a bonfire, go hang gliding, or anything else you might want to do. We're thinking of doing it the weekend of 11/30 - 12/2, and would like for any of the Scoobies that are interested in going to let me know. It's pretty darn close to Little Bit's birthday, so we can totally make it a birthday party too!! :) Ms. Brenda has said she'd really love to see everyone again and have a chance to hang out. Let me know if you want to go, and we can price everything.... it shouldn't cost too much, but we would still have to pay something for the house. If there's enough people interested, I know we can get a final cost on the house and let everyone know. So come on and let's have some fun!! :) ****Update**** I have the total cost for the house for Friday and Saturday nights. If you're interested in going let me know and we can figure out how much it will be each. From the price given, we can all go and have a lot of fun, and it would be way cheaper than any hotel on the beach!!

Thanksgiving

It's that time of year again, and I'm ready to start planning for it!! :) Tommy and I have always been really happy with the way things are set up for Thanksgiving, so we're hoping we can continue with that tradition, just on a different day this year. Tommy is expected to return from Libya on the 21st, which will put him getting in to Greenville that afternoon. That being said, I don't think he'll be ready for a house full of people the next day, so we're hoping that everyone will be able to do it on Saturday. We still want the families to be here, my parents, his mom and brother, Hannah if she can, Rhonda as well... etc. Please let me know if you're interested in coming, and we can start planning the menu. I can't wait!! :)

And through them all I have never doubted that I love you!! I wish you could be here to celebrate with me, but we'll make up for it when you get home! Love ya baby!! Happy Anniversary baby!! Now.... when do we get to celebrate a real anniversary? ;) (Hint, hint)
